We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Technical Lead for the Funds Transfer Pricing (CitiFTP) platform. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the ongoing development, modernization, and expansion of the CitiFTP platform, leveraging deep domain expertise and strong technical leadership.
Job Responsibility
Serve as the Technical Lead who will design and code, leveraging AI-assisted tools for enhanced productivity and quality, driving modernization efforts for the Match Funded Ticketing workstream and related features within the CitiFTP platform
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Ensure the quality, timeliness, and successful delivery of business-critical initiatives
Contribute to the strategic expansion and evolution of the CitiFTP platform
Apply extensive expertise in Funds Transfer Pricing to complex technical challenges and solutions
Collaborate effectively across Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Adhere to Citi's SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and governance processes
Requirements
15+ years of demonstrated experience as a core contributor to financial platforms
Deep domain expertise in Funds Transfer Pricing is essential
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Big Data technologies, Advanced Java development, Strategic Citi tools such as Autosys, CyberArk, AppDynamics, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact and business-critical initiatives
Demonstrated strong ownership, execution discipline, and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to drive design decisions and provide technical leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
