The Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for AML/KYC platforms within Wealth Tech
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle
Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of AML/KYC technology solutions
Stay abreast of evolving global AML/KYC regulations and industry best practices
Act as a subject matter expert for the AML/KYC domain
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments
Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers
Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates effectively
Implement effective monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions
Consult with end-users to identify system function specifications
Allocate work, and act as an advisor and coach for developers, analysts, and new team members
Appropriately assess risk in business decisions
Adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgment
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in implementing projects
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in area(s) of Applications Development
Demonstrated knowledge of client core business functions
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and development skills
Relationship and consensus building skills
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
