Application Development Senior Lead Analyst

• Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team
• Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
• Integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve established goals
• Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• 15+ years of relevant experience in design and development of enterprise solutions in banking or financial services industry
• Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices and enterprise data management solutions
• Adept in applications development using Java, JEE, Angular and oracle
• Proficient in Java frameworks like spring, Hibernate and caching frameworks
• Deep understanding of software design pattern and distributed computing frameworks
• Experience in team management and stakeholder communication
• Experience managing global technology teams
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
