Job Description:

This role will be focused on the development and maintenance of the clients business application environments, encompassing platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Dynamics, along with workflow software like Monday.com.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain business application environments, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality
  • Handle all aspects of updates, change requests, and migrations within business application environments
  • Conduct high-level troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring seamless user experience
  • Manage SQL databases, develop Microsoft dynamics, and SAP systems for optimized business operations
  • Collaborate with other technical staff, such as networking professionals, to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
  • Run logging and monitoring/alerting system for business applications, maintaining system integrity and security
  • Engage directly with outside vendors and contractors for equipment purchase and project coordination
  • Provide hardware, software, and general technology purchase recommendations, supporting business growth and development
  • Investigate and recommend technology options that will benefit the organization
  • Assist personnel of other departments as a technical resource, promoting a collaborative work environment
  • Write PowerShell/bash/batch scripts to complete various tasks, enhancing productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead
  • Proficient in Salesforce Development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong skills in Dynamics, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes
  • Agile methodology expertise, with experience in facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
