Application Development Group Manager - FX Technology Engineering – Senior Vice President

The Applications Development Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities. This is a senior engineering leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for application development and core engineering across the FX Technology Platform. Our FX Technology platform underpins the world's largest Markets FX business, operating continuously 24/7 across more than 87+ countries globally. The stability, scalability, and evolution of this platform are critical to the firm's clients, markets, and reputation. We are seeking a passionate, hands-on technologist—someone who believes deeply in using technology to enable, protect, and grow the FX business. While deep engineering experience is essential, we value attitude, aptitude, and leadership mindset over any single technology or toolset. This role will lead application development teams while also owning core engineering capabilities, setting technical direction, raising engineering standards, and building strong, resilient engineering teams.
