Citi Funds Transfer Pricing (CitiFTP) is undergoing significant expansion under Treasury's consent order transformation roadmap. The platform has evolved beyond Interest Rate Transfer Pricing to include Financing Benchmark Rates Distribution and Standard Pool, with further planned expansion into Liquidity Premium Components, Client FTP, Markets, and future integration with BCTP and IRIS.CitiFTP requires a C13 (VP) DevOps Manager role focused on daily operations management, APAC DevOps leadership, release management, and DevSecOps execution, operating under the strategic direction set by senior leadership. The Applications Development Senior Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day DevOps operations, including work intake, prioritization, and task assignment
Lead and oversee the APAC DevOps team, ensuring consistent execution across time zones and alignment with global DevOps standards
Act as the primary escalation point for operational DevOps issues impacting environments or releases
Own release coordination and execution across the CitiFTP platform, ensuring predictable, well-governed releases
Partner with scrum teams, QA, infrastructure, and architecture to manage release readiness, dependencies, and cutover activities
Enforce release controls, checklists, and post-release validation to reduce deployment risk and production incidents
Support increasing release frequency and parallel deployments while maintaining strong risk controls
Oversee DevSecOps execution for CitiFTP, including CVM vulnerability remediation, EVOS / CAMP compliance, and tracking and closure of audit, risk, and regulatory findings
Ensure vulnerabilities, EOL/EOS items, and control gaps are actively managed, prioritized, and remediated in partnership with engineering and infrastructure teams
Provide clear reporting and transparency on risk posture, remediation status, and compliance metrics
Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Treasury stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational health, release readiness, and DevSecOps posture
Support global coordination between NAM, EMEA, and APAC teams, with direct accountability for APAC execution
Requirements
13+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps, with 5+ years leading DevOps or platform engineering teams in large enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native platforms supporting mission-critical systems
Proven ability to drive DevOps transformation, improving deployment velocity, resiliency, and production stability
Demonstrated leadership in production support, incident management, RCA, and change management within regulated environments
Strong people and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading global onshore/offshore teams and partnering across Technology and Risk organizations
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
