Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a senior member of the Guidewire integrations team, providing technical guidance throughout the design, development, and implementation phases
  • Expertly develop integration components using the Gosu programming language
  • Design and build robust integration solutions leveraging the Guidewire Integration Framework
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical issues arising during and after the implementation phase
  • Solution Architecture: Design technical solutions that satisfy complex business requirements while maintaining alignment with the overall system architecture
  • Code Quality: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards and ensure technical excellence across the team
  • QA Standards: Ensure all developed solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the organization's rigorous quality and performance benchmarks
  • Consultancy: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical feasibility
  • Project Oversight: Provide consistent updates on project progress and technical milestones to all relevant parties

Requirements:

  • Guidewire Expertise: Minimum of 4 years of deep, hands-on experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform
  • Integration Development: Minimum of 4 years of proven expertise in Guidewire Integration development using Gosu
  • Framework Proficiency: Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and developing solutions specifically using the Guidewire Integration Framework
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of troubleshooting high-stakes enterprise software issues
