Job Description:

We are seeking an Application Developer to join a growing team and help support increased project demand. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and also thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment. You’ll split your time between new development (50% Greenfield) and maintenance/support (50%) for external clients ranging from large enterprises to mid-sized organizations. The team is working on tools that help streamline and automate mailing priorities, with an emphasis on modern technologies and ERP transformation.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in daily 9 am CST stand-ups to review projects and assign tasks
Deliver hands-on full-stack development across both new and existing applications
Ensure high-quality releases by adhering to development best practices
Collaborate with team members to support client projects of varying size and complexity
Contribute to ERP modernization, including potential Salesforce and NetSuite GL integrations

Requirements:

5+ years of .NET development (with current experience in .NET 8)
Full Stack Development – ability to work across both front-end and back-end
Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on back-end technologies
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and web APIs
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries and stored procedures
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to adapt to a collaborative team environment
Ability to work in small to mid-sized development teams and contribute to culture fit
Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus but not required
Experience with Azure cloud solutions is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Nice to have:

Exposure to AI concepts or development
Salesforce and/or NetSuite GL experience
