Manage claims and potentially litigious matters independently or in collaboration with other teams in Legal Services
Play a key role in proactively managing risk through training and coaching
Create and implement efficient contract governance processes
Ensure compliance with contracts and provide interpretation on contractual provisions
Identify and anticipate commercial and contractual risks
Ensure efficient communication between stakeholders and other business units
