Job Description

This position is responsible for monitoring, completing, and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to policies and standards, as well as local laws, rules, and regulations. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance deliverables and engaging with various teams to ensure timely completion of activities. The role involves partnering with control functions, risk management, data governance, and information security teams to complete compliance deliverables.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete administrative, technical, and non-technical tasks related to risk, security, and other compliance deliverables on time and per requirements
  • Track and support technical security and risk activities performed by development teams, engineering teams, or vendors
  • Work with technology infrastructure teams to incorporate infrastructure requirements such as certificate renewals and server patching
  • Assist with audit exams and risk assessments for applications when authorized
  • Work closely with vendors for vendor applications to ensure they meet organizational requirements
  • Maintain data about the application in designated systems of record
  • Manage application onboarding and decommissioning requirements
  • Assist with ad hoc inquiries and questions about applications

  • 2+ years of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • HP QC / ALM
