Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Case Manager to manage the complete applicant lifecycle. This role is the central hub for all coordination between families, educational institutions, and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and high-touch service experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end applicant process, from onboarding and compiling requirements to creating application accounts and tracking progress
  • Coordinate all logistics, including interview scheduling, test registrations, and final application submissions according to school timelines
  • Support families through the final school enrollment and visa application processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing regular case updates and responding to inquiries promptly
  • Liaise professionally with schools, universities, and other institutions to confirm requirements, schedules, and application outcomes
  • Collect, review, and verify all applicant information and documents for 100% accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date applicant records and case data within our internal database and CRM systems
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and version control for all cases
  • Provide administrative support including research, data collection, and analysis as needed
  • Support the organization of events such as school fairs, family seminars, and information sessions, including assisting with logistics and registration tracking

Requirements:

  • A Diploma with relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years in case management, administration, project coordination, or applicant services
  • Proven experience working effectively in a virtual or hybrid setting with minimal supervision is required
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or related database/records management platforms
