This entry-level role supports operational activities across various enterprise systems related to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial operations. The analyst will collaborate with both technical and business teams to resolve issues, assist with system enhancements, and support integration efforts. Job Responsibility:
Support daily operations of enterprise applications, integrations, and data workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve system or data-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
Execute configuration updates, system checks, and user-requested changes under guidance
Assist with onboarding processes for partners, users, or data feeds
Participate in testing and validation of system updates and project rollouts
Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and user support
Monitor system dependencies including certificates, file transfers, and scheduled tasks
Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure application reliability
Comply with internal controls, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in IT analysis, application support, or technical operations
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, and relational databases
Basic understanding of enterprise system workflows and integration principles
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Willingness to work in a hybrid on-site schedule (2–3 days per week) at a New Jersey-based location
