Job Responsibility
Lead the transition from manual support tracking to a unified ITSM framework to standardize incident and request workflows
Coordinate communication and resolution efforts for major system outages to minimize impact on court operations
Facilitate the change management process to ensure system updates are deployed without risking judicial continuity
Gather and document complex requirements from Justices and court staff to ensure technical solutions meet courtroom needs
Monitor vendor performance and internal product teams to ensure all services meet established quality standards
Maintain a central knowledge hub containing user guides and technical documentation to support various teams
Oversee user access audits and the functional migration of applications between on-premises and cloud environments
Requirements
A university degree in IT with 3 years of experience, a 2 year diploma with 5 years of experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience using ServiceNow or an equivalent ticket management system for incident and change management
At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile or Scrum delivery environment supporting application development
Minimum of 1 year of experience planning and monitoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment such as government, legal, or finance
