  • Working knowledge of Atlassian Rovo and Atlassian Automation, with experience applying AI-enabled capabilities to optimize workflows and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions, manage expectations, and balance business requirements with security, scalability, and user experience
  • Proven ability to deliver demos, training sessions, and consultations on Atlassian capabilities and project or program management best practices
  • Proficiency in system design, configuration, and integration across the Atlassian portfolio, with a track record of delivering scalable, user-focused solutions
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, using data and metrics to prioritize work, mitigate risk, and demonstrate measurable business impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward shared outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GenAI, workflow automation, analytics assistants) to accelerate program planning, requirements definition, risk analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication in a production environment

Nice to have

  • Hands-on administration experience managing Jira projects and Confluence spaces in Atlassian Cloud or Atlassian Data Center
  • Experience supporting large-scale Atlassian deployments with 20,000+ users
  • Development experience using Groovy, including writing ScriptRunner scripts to implement custom business logic and automation
  • Advanced working knowledge of Atlassian Rovo, including creating and managing Rovo agents
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
