Job Description

To perform accurate diagnoses and repair of consumer appliances in the Service Center. Properly complete all necessary service orders / paperwork associated with the repair. Calculate estimates on all non-warranty repairs. Research product, part information, and determine warranty status.

  • Basic PC skills with the ability to navigate service software and vendor websites
  • No minimum experience required
  • 2 years of technical experience preferred
  • Type I EPA Certification preferred for appliance technicians
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong PC skills
