Job Description:

Lead from the front as a JD Sports Supervisor! Drive sales, coach your team, and deliver standout service and visuals in your department setting the standard for an exceptional in-store experience. At JD Sports, our customer is at the heart of everything we do. As a Supervisor, you will support the management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will work closely with the store’s Management Team and be responsible for maintaining the standards and results within your department. You will lead by example, drive sales and KPI's, coach and develop your team and upkeep the visual standards, ensuring your department is replenished at all times.

Job Responsibility:

  • Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
  • Coach team to deliver exceptional service and a ‘service over task’ environment
  • Drive conversion, sales and KPI performance
  • Work with BOH team to deliver shop floor product availability
  • Uphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellence
  • Support management team to improve financial performance within your department
  • Support management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processes
  • Support with new team member role Inductions and on-going team training

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within retail or like industry
  • Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers
  • Positive attitude, with capacity to create a motivating environment for your team
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, someone who thrives in social situations through engagement with customers and team members
