For the Yamaha Parts and Accessories Division we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Apparel Product Category Coordinator. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the business plans for the Apparel & Novelties product category.
Job Responsibility:
Category & Product Strategy: You lead the definition of category and product segment strategy by consolidating market needs, competitor insights, and pricing data
Strategy Development & Business Planning: You collect and analyze market and unit-level data to align and support short- and medium-term category and product planning, in collaboration with the Department Manager
Business Plan Delivery: You monitor product and market performance through KPIs, report insights by region and distributor, and initiate European-level countermeasures to support business plan objectives
Category Information & Communication: You maintain accurate and structured product, lifecycle, and educational information, ensuring stakeholders receive timely, up-to-date data
Marketing & Process Alignment: You support the delivery and continuous improvement of the annual marketing and communications calendar, aligning cross-divisional processes with Marketing and commercial objectives
Network & Training: You coordinate with distributors and dealers to strengthen network capability, promote best practices, and support training to increase product demonstration, selling quality, and value per unit
Inventory & Product Lifecycle Optimization: You work with Inventory and Product Teams to monitor stock positioning and initiate actions such as promotions and sell-out activities to optimize availability and time-to-market
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years internal and/or 5 years external experience in the Fashion Business
Experience with Automotive National Sales Companies or automotive dealers is a plus
Functional knowledge in the field of product management, business development, sales, marketing, and supply chain management
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
Excellent Analytical, Organizational, and Project Management skills
with a strong self-starter attitude, a hands-on approach, and a target-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, both externally and internally
Fluency in English (other European languages are welcome)

Experience with Automotive National Sales Companies or automotive dealers is a plus
