At JD Sports, our customer is at the heart of everything we do. As a Department Manager, you will lead your department team to provide exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will work closely with the store’s Management Team and be responsible for creating great in-store experiences, maintaining the merchandising & visual standards and delivering the financial results for your department. You will lead by example setting the standard for how to achieve sales and key performance metrics, by coaching and developing your department team.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
2-3 years leadership experience within retail or like industry
Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for our customers
Positive attitude, with capacity to create a motivating environment for your team
Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's and communicate well with all stakeholders
Excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
