Job Description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Customer service representative with a background in apparel knowledge to assist in apparel merchandising, processing and sales. At Southeast Ace, we are independently owned and operated so helping our community is our number one priority. Our mission is to go the extra mile for our customers and build a team that has the same attitude!

Job Responsibility

  • Uphold the Mission Statement of Southeast Ace: To be helpful and provide amazing customer service while being a blessing to our Community and Team
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service with fast and friendly service at the cash register area
  • Help maintain the apparel department by size, style, brand and seasonal merchandising
  • Help process and price apparel as merchandise is received and quickly get product to the salesfloor
  • Work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything they need

Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Customer focused
  • Background in apparel knowledge
  • Ability to assist in apparel merchandising, processing, and sales
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to be on feet for most of shift (6 to 8 hours)
