The position is the primary point of contact for all CS sites using the internally developed PHP/Linux system, providing support to ensure system stability and rapid issue resolution. This role handles direct user requests, troubleshooting, and incident management to maintain high availability. In addition, the specialist coordinates master data integration by working with suppliers to deliver interfaces that ensure accurate, consistent data and eliminate duplication across systems such as SAP and GSD. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing vendor engagement, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of integration projects, while continuously maintaining and optimizing the application environment.
Job Responsibility:
Give application Support
Serve as the first point of contact for users across all CS sites for system-related issues
Provide support to ensure high availability and rapid resolution of incidents
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PHP applications, Linux servers, Apache, and MariaDB
Apply patches, updates, and performance optimizations as needed
Knowledge Transfer & Documentation
Acquire a complete understanding of the PHP/Linux system architecture and workflows
Document installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
Master Data Integration Coordination
Identify where critical data resides (SAP, GSD, other systems) and determine what data needs to be consumed by the new system
Work with internal teams to define integration requirements and data mapping
Ensure data consistency and prevent duplication across systems
Supplier & Project Management
Schedule and lead meetings with suppliers to explain integration needs and technical requirements
Obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and ensure allocated funds are used effectively
Oversee project timelines and deliverables for interface development by suppliers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Proficient English level
5+ years in application support roles, preferably in environments requiring high availability to handle critical incidents outside of working hours, and direct user interaction
Demonstrated experience in customer support, including incident resolution and troubleshooting
Proven ability to coordinate with external suppliers, manage quotes, budgets, and purchase orders for technical projects
Exposure to master data concepts and integration between enterprise systems (SAP, GSD, or similar)
