Job Responsibility:

  • Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform detailed patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and sleep-focused evaluations
  • Diagnostic Insight: Interpret sleep studies such as polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests to inform clinical decisions

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
  • Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not accepted)
  • Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • DEA license or eligibility to obtain

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sleep medicine is a plus, not required
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
