Job Responsibility

Selling and leading Large Deal pursuits in the Application Services sales function within the organization
Working closely with Executive Leadership to translate organizational strategy into a global sales strategy, manage client relationships, and ensure the timely development and delivery of innovative solutions
Setting and executing long and short-term strategy, establishing and delivering against annual business plans and budgets, and continuing to strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships while investing in the development of employees
Growing and managing sustainable and profitable client relationships across all verticals in coordination with the wider business
Creating strong interlocks with regional sales teams ensuring value propositions are understood and that teams meet their targets
Operating at a global level, working in collaboration with the Global Practices Leadership team to help craft a global applications services sales strategy
Defining and launching innovative and cutting-edge solutions to help clients migrate, automate, and manage their applications optimally, aligning with their business requirements
Strengthening and maturing service delivery and overall customer interaction, ensuring service delivery meets customer expectations around service quality and responsiveness
Infusing a sense of ownership and pride in the team, creating and maintaining a culture of excellence within remit
Leading by example, displaying the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity at all times

Extensive knowledge of various information technology domains, including infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, application management, networks, data center, and collaboration
A charismatic people leader who leads from the front and demonstrates the ability to attract the best talent in a competitive market
Thought leader with in-depth knowledge of Application managed services, low-code/no-code platforms, IT transformation strategy, IT service management, and related technologies
Network savvy with the ability to communicate confidently at the C-level and build meaningful internal and external relationships in both technology and business organizations
Immediate credibility with Executive Leadership and employees at all levels
Strong commercial presence and sense of urgency in account relationships and delivery execution
Problem solver who leads from the front and takes risks when necessary
Intellectual capability to understand, discern, and synthesize complex business and technology issues into real-world strategies
Global mindset and a champion of diversity
Extensive experience and knowledge in the Application Modernization portfolio relating to base coding technologies and platforms, with a proven track record of technology sales and delivery along with a strong network of relevant contacts
Managing complex, diverse teams working often across multiple shoring locations
Background in operating in global markets, transforming legacy businesses, and leading high-performing sales teams
