Job Description:

Our expanding Des Moines, IA client is looking for a motivated API Analyst – Application Support to be a key player in their business operations. In this role, you'll help power our technology by working closely with a dynamic team of developers to ensure our client systems run like a well-oiled machine.

Job Responsibility:

API Validation: Put APIs to the test! Use tools like Postman Collections to ensure smooth communication between applications
Troubleshooting Bugs: Love puzzles? Identify glitches and bugs, analyze their root causes, and present your findings to the team so we can hit the ground running
Data Analysis with SQL: Query logs and generate actionable insights to keep operations running smoothly
Azure Cloud Migration: Play a big part in modernizing systems by assisting in the migration of APIs to Azure while exploring the full potential of this cutting-edge cloud platform
Teamwork Across Functions: Build bridges between the API and UI development teams, ensuring technical excellence across all our platforms

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and JSON/XML
Familiarity with tools like Postman Collections
SQL knowledge for querying data logs is a big plus
You love untangling technical challenges and are eager to learn new technologies
