Grow the business Drive retail, production and wholesale results with assigned distributors; own weekly forecasts and sales reporting. Manage inventory/stock allocation and implement corrective action plans to hit targets. Monitor distributor financials and sales KPIs; identify and correct performance gaps. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive sales, field operations, or distributor management
Strong financial acumen to monitor distributor KPIs, sales performance, and operational gaps
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with distributor leadership and manage complex escalations
Experience in aligning marketing plans with corporate strategy and driving Customer Experience (NPS) improvements
Ability to analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners
Willingness to travel frequently to assigned distributor markets for on-site support and reviews
