This is a varied and hands-on role that supports our resort teams in delivering a 5-star guest experience. As the Resort Apartment Supervisor, you will lead the Resort Assistant team to provide an exceptional service in our Serviced Apartments. The primary focus of this role is to provide meticulous housekeeping for guests in the serviced apartments, while also assisting the chalet teams with all elements of the hosting service.

Leading the Resort Assistant team
Providing meticulous housekeeping
Facilitating weekly changeover clean and midweek linen change
Ensuring daily housekeeping for guest areas
Keeping back-of-house and laundry areas clean and organised
Point of contact for staff requirements
Co-ordinating stock and linen
Organising rota for daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping
Ensuring weekly stock take and shopping
Completing random checks of properties
Upholding hygiene and safety standards
Driving duties with company vehicle
Making pre-arrival calls to lead guests
Being available by phone for guest queries
Creating and supplying ski passes for guests
Submitting accounts weekly
Rota planning and timesheet checks
Submitting weekly report
Welcoming guests and familiarising them with property
Assisting on departure day with queries and damage checks
