Aspen Square Management is now accepting applications for an Apartment Maintenance Administrator for Legacy at West Cobb. This is a full-time position, which offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance team at Legacy at West Cobb
  • Scheduling & Service report tracking
  • Assist in safety program facilitation
  • Microsoft Office functions, scanning, copying, and filing
  • Facilitate database entry, organization, and maintenance
  • Contractor coordination
  • Offer exemplary customer service and support while communicating with employees and vendors

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative field

  • Co-ordinate and support the workload of maintenance teams in delivering the highest quality of customer service whilst ensuring the landlord’s assets are maintained in the most cost-effective and efficient manner
  • Support the Maintenance Administration Manager and the Acting Maintenance Manager in day to day running of the Maintenance dept as required
  • Oversee the receipt, progression and completion of all maintenance tasks that are allocated to the Maintenance Team
