Aspen Square Management is now accepting applications for an Apartment Maintenance Administrator for Legacy at West Cobb. This is a full-time position, which offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance team at Legacy at West Cobb
  • Scheduling & Service report tracking
  • Assist in safety program facilitation
  • Microsoft Office functions, scanning, copying, and filing
  • Facilitate database entry, organization, and maintenance
  • Contractor coordination
  • Offer exemplary customer service and support while communicating with employees and vendors
  • Uphold Company policies and act in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative field
  • Knowledge or experience in housing or preventative maintenance
