Job Description:

The Apartment Locator role is an Inside Sales position with a Real Estate brokerage that specializes in finding apartments for renters. Smart City is a human-centered apartment locating service that saves renters time and money when searching for a new place to live.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the client relationship from lead to lease
Chat with clients via text, phone, and email
Put together a hyper-personalized list of available apartment units
Work directly with property partners, schedule and attend tours
Earn commissions for leasing clients

Requirements:

Residential Leasing License (finish coursework within 2 weeks of offer)
Local travel around the city required
Laptop required (highly encouraged to be a MacBook)
iPhone required (iOS for mobile CRM)
