We are currently searching for a visionary APAC Transformation Leader to spearhead their newly established APAC Transformation Function. The APAC Transformation Function is a regional team designed to make country-level transformation easier, smarter, and better connected. While individual countries remain accountable for their own priorities and delivery, this regional function provides a consistent way of working, a shared tool library, and a practical connection to the Global Transformation team. Reporting directly to the APAC Regional Leadership, you will lead this function, focusing on initiatives where regional coordination avoids duplication, improves adoption, and maximizes business value. You will act as the crucial bridge between local country needs and global strategy.
