Job Description

Randstad is exclusively partnering with a premier, globally recognized professional services network specializing in audit, tax, and advisory. Our client is deeply committed to fostering a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and employees are empowered to grow their careers through global opportunities and continuous learning. We are currently searching for a visionary APAC Transformation Leader to spearhead their newly established APAC Transformation Function. This is a rare opportunity to create a massive impact by helping regional teams and clients improve how they operate—turning practical ideas and technology into tangible outcomes across the Asia-Pacific region. The APAC Transformation Function is a regional team designed to make country-level transformation easier, smarter, and better connected. While individual countries remain accountable for their own priorities and delivery, this regional function provides a consistent way of working, a shared tool library, and a practical connection to the Global Transformation team. Reporting directly to the APAC Regional Leadership, you will lead this function, focusing on initiatives where regional coordination avoids duplication, improves adoption, and maximizes business value. You will act as the crucial bridge between local country needs and global strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a regional portfolio of transformation initiatives supporting various APAC countries and service lines. Provide clear direction, rigorous oversight, and accurate reporting on all transformation activities
  • Align transformation priorities with country leadership and relevant regional stakeholders. Act as the primary APAC interface to the Global Group Transformation function
  • Support consistent, optimized ways of working while respecting and adapting to local country requirements and regulations
  • Contribute practical, commercially sound judgment on technology and solution options. Evaluate vendors and shape requirements in a structured way to solve complex business problems
  • Build, coach, and lead the regional transformation team. Promote a culture of collaboration, ensuring reusable approaches and best practices are shared across the region

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in transformation, operational improvement, technology delivery, or related strategic roles
  • Strong track record working in a regional or multi-country matrix environment, demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Practical understanding of modern productivity and automation tools (specifically Microsoft 365 and Power Platform), with the ability to accurately assess feasibility and delivery impact
  • Extensive experience leading a portfolio of initiatives, including governance, prioritization, and delivery reporting. Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into achievable plans
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Additional APAC language capabilities are a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in professional services (audit, tax, advisory, outsourcing) and experience delivering/adopting AI-enabled tools in a controlled, risk-aware environment will be highly regarded
  • You must possess a coaching mindset, be highly outcome-focused (measuring success by adoption and actual benefits), and be comfortable setting direction in an environment of ambiguity

Nice to have

  • Additional APAC language capabilities
  • Prior experience in professional services (audit, tax, advisory, outsourcing)
  • Experience delivering/adopting AI-enabled tools in a controlled, risk-aware environment
