Job Description

K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of unique end-to-end consultative solutions in the enterprise applications, AI, and cloud space. We are looking for an experienced APAC Sales Lead to manage and develop a regional sales team across APAC, while personally owning an individual sales quota. This is a player-coach role focused on execution, coaching, and closing complex deals across IT consulting, professional services, and talent solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and develop an Singapore sales/recruitment team of 4 (+Offshore India team of 4)
  • Individual Sales Quota Ownership, Carry and deliver a personal individual quota
  • Actively originate, progress, and close deals in Singapore and selected APAC accounts
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles and strategic opportunities
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to understand business and technology pain points
  • Shape consulting, managed services, and talent solutions with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Support and lead RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations with the support from global practice leads
  • Support team members on key deals through deal reviews and joint customer meetings
  • Coach sellers on discovery, value articulation, and solution positioning
  • Ensure consistent sales quality and messaging across APAC
  • Work closely with APAC leadership, delivery, recruitment, and global teams
  • Align execution with regional strategy and priorities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT sales or professional services sales
  • Proven experience managing regional or multi-country sales teams
  • Strong personal track record of meeting or exceeding individual quota
  • Experience selling non-tangible services (consulting, managed services, transformation)
  • Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services
  • Exposure to consulting-led and talent-based solutions
  • Experience operating in APAC enterprise sales environments
