Job Description:

As a People Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders at the Senior Manager level and below to support performance, engagement, and development across a specific region. You’ll balance local responsibilities - including employee relations casework - with wider involvement in projects and global HR initiatives. You’ll be part of a collaborative People team focused on building scalable, people-first solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to people managers across your business area, coaching them on performance, development, engagement, and policy
  • Function as a generalist across the main discipline areas of Human Resources such as Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, HRIS legal compliance, and People Analytics
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for People Advisor role
  • Provide support in the creation, updating and applying of HR policies within a specific region with the collaboration of the Senior People Partner, Chief People Officer and Legal resources as needed
  • Support most ER cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local employment law and company policy
  • Partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and L&D to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Collaborate and provide local knowledge expertise on Global policy alignment projects
  • Support delivery of cyclical HR processes (e.g. talent reviews, performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement surveys)
  • Use data and insights to influence decision-making and identify areas for improvement
  • Take part in global or cross-regional projects to enhance people processes, policies, or tools
  • Drive consistency and fairness in how people practices are applied locally

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in an HR business partnering or generalist capacity, with at least 1 year focused on ER
  • Good understanding of local employment legislation and practical ER management
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Hands-on, strategic thinker with a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable using HR systems, data reporting and analytics tools
