As a People Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders at the Senior Manager level and below to support performance, engagement, and development across a specific region. You’ll balance local responsibilities - including employee relations casework - with wider involvement in projects and global HR initiatives. You’ll be part of a collaborative People team focused on building scalable, people-first solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted advisor to people managers across your business area, coaching them on performance, development, engagement, and policy
Function as a generalist across the main discipline areas of Human Resources such as Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, HRIS legal compliance, and People Analytics
Act as an escalation point of contact for People Advisor role
Provide support in the creation, updating and applying of HR policies within a specific region with the collaboration of the Senior People Partner, Chief People Officer and Legal resources as needed
Support most ER cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local employment law and company policy
Partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and L&D to deliver a seamless employee experience
Collaborate and provide local knowledge expertise on Global policy alignment projects
Support delivery of cyclical HR processes (e.g. talent reviews, performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement surveys)
Use data and insights to influence decision-making and identify areas for improvement
Take part in global or cross-regional projects to enhance people processes, policies, or tools
Drive consistency and fairness in how people practices are applied locally
Requirements:
5+ years in an HR business partnering or generalist capacity, with at least 1 year focused on ER
Good understanding of local employment legislation and practical ER management
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hands-on, strategic thinker with a collaborative approach
Comfortable using HR systems, data reporting and analytics tools
