Job Description:

Focus on providing support from sales order planning to shipping execution. In a highly sales driven organization, you are expected to actively support from Sales Order planning to shipping execution by overseeing the supply versus demand, utilize existing and develop new resources to support sales activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the key contact for customer logistics needs
  • Develop scientific and cost-effective shipment plans
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse operations teams
  • Support Customers with FTA COO demands for Prefential Import Duty application
  • Support import and export shipping execution
  • Prepare and review logistics documents
  • Record and organize shipment data
  • Follow up on regular system generated orders to track the order production, packing, shipping and anomalies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of relevant B2B, B2C logistics operation experience is preferred
  • Familiar with logistics operation processes, including warehouse management, transportation scheduling, and freight forwarding cooperation
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to handle English documents and communicate with international customers/forwarders
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and emergency response ability
  • Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a positive work attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under certain work pressure

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of international logistics customs declaration, inspection, and other related policies is a plus
  • Experience in using ERP and logistics management systems (WMS, TMS) is preferred
  • Sound Data Analysis skills are preferred
