Job Description:

Lead the development and execution of HR strategies for the Automotive Business Unit across ASEAN. Oversee talent management initiatives, including assessment, succession planning, and development programs. Partner with BU leadership to address critical business challenges and implement appropriate HR solutions. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR operating model.

  • Demonstrated experience as an HRBP in a global organization with diverse business models
  • Proven expertise in Organizational Design and Talent Management
  • Experience working in large global or international organizations
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
