The APAC Growth Marketing Manager at Canary will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement, opportunities and growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role involves both strategizing and managing campaigns across different channels, including email marketing, paid digital, event/trade show promotion, and synthesizing campaigns with sales efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms, ultimately becoming marketing lead for key regions in APAC
Manage and optimize end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to analysis
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery
Lead the pre, post and in-event communications for industry events, trade shows, and webinars across APAC
Analyze event performance and work closely with the regional sales team and event lead to maximize lead capture and conversion from event activities
Collaborate with regional sales teams and stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of outbound call campaigns and boost event visibility and engagement
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns in APAC regions to drive engagement and demand, both for sales and marketing
Develop personalized email content and strategies tailored to individual APAC markets
Analyze email campaign metrics and leverage insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Create strategy on how to leverage various digital marketing opportunities, including Google Ads, Social Ads and local trade publications/regional partnerships across different geographies and languages in APAC
Integrate digital campaigns together with other channels, to ensure a consistent message and experience for customers and prospects
Utilize data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on campaign performance and market trends
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
English proficiency
4+ years of B2B marketing experience within growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns
Strong background creating growth campaigns in the APAC region or targeted regions within APAC
Demonstrated experience utilizing events for growth
Familiarity in leveraging marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) and managing media purchases with third-party publications
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to write copy, particularly as it relates to digital advertising and email
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across timezones and external partners
Nice to have:
Fluency in a second language common to the APAC region is a strong bonus
B2B SaaS and start-up experience is a plus
Previous experience writing copy for multiple languages is a plus
