Job Description:

The Regional Equity Business Execution team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the Prime business, with a specific focus on Delta One Trading. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, compliance with bespoke regulations, and maintaining a robust governance and control framework across various markets.

Job Responsibility:

Driving and coordinating strategic initiatives with senior management
Collaborating across product groups, regions, sectors and functional partners to foster business growth
Leading implementation of new business strategies and strategic initiatives
Driving control improvement projects and assessing their impact
Identifying, escalating and mitigating business risks
Investigating issues and performing root cause analysis of operational risk events
Working with Business Execution partners to streamline processes and technology
Driving efficiency, productivity and cost savings initiatives
Analyzing financial performance including expenses
Conducting ad-hoc analyses and preparing presentations for senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of experience in COO/Business Management roles within Trading in Equities
Strong background in Equities/Prime Business and comprehensive local market knowledge
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Good maturity and poise for effective interaction with senior management
Strong internal relationship-building skills across diverse functions
Energetic, self-motivated and effective under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Mandarin
