Job Responsibility

  • Ensure Accounts Payable operations run smoothly during system migrations and daily business activities, strictly adhering to policy and regulatory standards
  • Drive standardization, implement best practices, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive leadership, including staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, and managing performance and talent reviews
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including handling escalations, conducting surveys, and proactively addressing improvement gaps
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the function, planning workloads and ensuring all KPIs and targets are met
  • Maintain high standards for audit compliance and provide robust support for all internal and external audits
  • Lead strategic projects and foster a solution-oriented culture aligned with the overarching finance vision and mission

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with at least 3+ years in an international Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, prioritize, and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset, complemented by excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, with a demonstrated ability to generate data-driven reports
  • Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit as a team player
  • Accounts Payable experience is considered a significant advantage
