Job Responsibility:
Lead the VMD and AP teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant operations and driving an efficient e-invoicing strategy.
Champion automation and large-scale improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and SAP-based optimizations.
Foster a culture of excellence and psychological safety. You will handle coaching, performance reviews (SMART goals), and capacity planning for your team.
Build strong partnerships across global departments, resolve escalations, and represent the team in management meetings and audits.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in AP, with at least 3 years in an international SSC/BSC environment.
Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring or managing people with a strong 'people-first' mindset. Team leader experience is not necessarily required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP) and advanced MS Office skills.
Communication: Fluent English is a must
