Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and proactively drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) including, payment performance, touchless ratios and discrepancies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AP workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy
  • Act as escalation point for supplier issues, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and root causes are addressed
  • Maintain strong communication with key suppliers to build trust and reliability in the payment process
  • Lead initiatives to improve supplier experience, such as reducing delayed payments or invoice disputes
  • Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing AP team, setting clear expectations for service delivery
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews to support development
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and strong communication
  • Lead the AP month-end financial close, ensuring compliance with all reporting deadlines, and contributing to the 18-month cashflow forecast
  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance Operations, and the wider business functions to ensure alignment on purchasing processes and compliance
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights to senior finance leaders on payment performance and improvement actions

  • Strong AP background with experienced in a similar role
  • People management, including mentoring and developing
