Execute comprehensive back-office and administrative support across all boutique operations, including post-sale management, invoice processing, and CRM administration
Utilize enterprise business software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs, to prepare professional correspondence, analytical reports, and operational agendas
Manage specialized systems including M3 and Salesforce to ensure accurate data entry and system integrity
Oversee AP time management and attendance tracking systems to optimize team scheduling and operational productivity
Provide strategic administrative support to the Boutique Manager, including sales forecasting analysis, AP coverage planning, and operational coordination
Ensure daily sales figures are accurately reconciled and aligned with Finance and Retail Ops team reporting requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between Korea headquarters and internal teams, facilitating seamless cross-functional coordination and communication
Monitor and track sales stock inventory levels on a daily basis and communicate findings to the internal BTQ team to maintain operational awareness
Participate in monthly stock inventory counts, ensuring alignment with M3 and Y2 system data for accurate financial reconciliation
Maintain adequate back-office supply inventory and coordinate distribution to the BTQ team to support operational continuity
Requirements
At least 2 years in luxury industry preferably in retail related environment
Knowledge of retail sales business
Positive, interpersonal and proactive communication skills (oral and written)
Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
