As a multi-billion revenue company within the Pharma industry, our client is committed to develop and deliver cost effective medical solutions globally. As part of their ongoing commitment to optimize their business functions, there is now an exciting opportunity to be an additional support as an AP/GL Executive. This position can be a good opportunity to hone your skills in AP and or GL activities that can fast track you to be a competent full sets Accountant in the long run. In addition, it is a reputable MNC which would allow you to gain exposure in the sector, which is a fast-growing industry in Singapore today.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reporting to the Manager
  • Responsible for AP/GL activities
  • Month-end closing
  • Preparation of inventory listing
  • Processing of expense claims in accordance with company policy
  • Handling full sets for a smaller entity

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree qualified
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of accounting standards
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable travelling to the East

  • Keeps documentation on all repairs and consistently communicates status of downed vehicles to shop manager and dispatch
  • Assists in maintaining accurate parts inventory by keeping parts in their designated place and recording parts removed
  • Responsible for working in a safe manner, reporting all incidents/injuries to management as soon as they occur
  • Attends safety meetings as scheduled by management
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
