Our client in the Coppell, TX area is looking to add an AP Coordinator to their growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the shared Outlook email mailbox with vendor requests & vendor inquiries
  • Research internal and external AP invoice status and resolve inquiries and discrepancies
  • Processing AP invoice payments (PO and Non-PO)
  • Reconcile AP vendor statements

Requirements:

Oracle or SAP experience is a plus
