Calling all AP/AR Clerks or Bookkeeprs! We have an exciting opportunity located in Burlington through Randstad Finance & Accounting. Randstad has partnered with a recognized organization in the Professional Services industry, looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their team.
Job Responsibility:
Process a high volume of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions specifically within the Acumatica platform
Assist in clearing historical backlogs to ensure all financial records are up to date
Perform bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end closing procedures
Support the finance team in preparation for the upcoming June 30, 2026, fiscal year-end
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an AP, AR, or Bookkeeping role
Proven, hands-on experience using Acumatica ERP in a professional environment
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors
Ability to work 100% on-site in Burlington and commit to a 3-month contract duration
