Job Description:

This is a full time, maternity cover position and should last for an initial period of 13 months. The role will be based in Ellon, with hybrid working on offer. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing accounts payable and receivable across three entities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily bookkeeping and ledger reconciliations
  • Managing AP/AR processes and credit control (including customer debt chasing)
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and internal policies
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Assisting with cash flow forecasting

Requirements:

  • Proactive self-starter with experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Experience with Sage would be beneficial but is not essential
