Job Responsibility:
Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and process transactions
Reconcile bank statements to ensure financial data integrity
Prepare and review financial reports for management
Handle invoice processing and payment scheduling in a timely manner
Maintain organized records of financial documentation
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounting entries
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Collaborate with team members to support overall financial operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or AP Accountant
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
