Job Description

We are currently looking for an individual for AOI. The qualified individual will scan and verify inner layer PCB cores using Orbotech 309 AOI equipment.

Job Responsibility

  • Scan and verify inner layer PCB cores using Orbotech 309 AOI equipment
  • Identify defects and sort out scrap or rework cores from the good cores
  • Rework excess copper shorts by using X-acto knife and blades under dynascope or magnification glass
  • Maintain logs and internal documentation
  • Perform routine housekeeping chores

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in PCB industry preferred
  • Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes
  • Must be able to work with machinery and work around chemicals
  • Must have good attention to detail and good quality
  • Must have good vision
  • Basic shop mathematical ability
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends as dictated by business necessity
  • Must have good verbal and communications skills
  • Ability to enter information in computer system
  • Prior Sanmina experience and systems knowledge is preferred
  • This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident
