This role is the operational backbone for the Project Controls Office. You will ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of project documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and contractual obligations. Acting as a technical expert, you will manage complex workflows to ensure this landmark project is delivered with precision.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the transfer and administration of project data across InEight Document (TeamBinder), MS Teams, SharePoint, and Content Manager
Review and update Document Control Management Plans to ensure consistent adherence throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain workflows within the Document Management System to facilitate complex review and approval processes
Conduct rigorous document control quality checks on submissions and packages
Facilitate regular training sessions for the project team on document control procedures and system usage
Ensure all project documentation is securely stored and tracked in conjunction with State Record Keeping Policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience with InEight Document (TeamBinder) is essential for this role
A demonstrated ability to work within a major project environment is highly regarded
The ability to manage large volumes of documentation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professional skills in preparing complex correspondence, reports, and auditing submissions
Ability to build enduring relationships and drive accountability across various project teams.
