We are seeking a proactive AO3 Administration Officer to provide high-level support across a dynamic and busy division. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring professional, timely, and confidential administrative delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate complex diary management, book travel, and organise meetings or conferences
Prepare high-quality correspondence, briefing notes, and preliminary reports
Manage electronic document systems and maintain accurate data
Handle procurement of office supplies, manage equipment, and facilitate ICT system access
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers
Assist with recruitment processes and provide training or coaching
Requirements:
High-level administrative skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to navigate confidential information
Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and organise own work priorities
Use initiative to resolve day-to-day challenges
Previous government experience is highly preferred
