Job Description

As the ANZ Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a hands‑on role delivering customer service excellence for GSK ANZ and ViiV Healthcare and you will be coordinating key elements of inventory management that keep critical vaccines and medicines moving.

Job Responsibility

  • Process orders (EDI & non‑EDI) from major customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage government orders via approved portals, allocating batches to meet shelf‑life requirements and aligned to forecasts
  • Own customer account admin for ANZ Direct customers, supporting setup, sales tracking and traceability, building strong, professional relationships
  • Triage customer incidents and process credits, debits and returns with speed and accuracy
  • Support inventory management, from ad‑hoc stock allocation during low stock situations, to investigating 3PL discrepancies and coordinating distribution to satellite warehouses
  • Oversee compliant destruction processes end‑to‑end across ANZ when required
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear communication and win-win results
  • Generate regular reports, such as the On Time in Full check with corrective recommendations to 3PLs
  • Contribute to key customer forums and support the team with additional tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma (preferred) or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field
  • 1–2 years in supply chain or customer service is desirable, with a strong interest in inventory, compliance and analytics
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, and someone who shows initiative
  • Motivated and willingness to learn

Serve as a subject matter expert for one type of equipment and oversee everyday tasks and troubleshooting within their area of expertise. Have a hands-on understanding of how equipment works within disciplines they have been trained and how to troubleshoot equipment, systems, subsystems, and components independently within their trained discipline(s).
