As the ANZ Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a hands‑on role delivering customer service excellence for GSK ANZ and ViiV Healthcare and you will be coordinating key elements of inventory management that keep critical vaccines and medicines moving.
Job Responsibility:
Process orders (EDI & non‑EDI) from major customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage government orders via approved portals, allocating batches to meet shelf‑life requirements and aligned to forecasts
Own customer account admin for ANZ Direct customers, supporting setup, sales tracking and traceability, building strong, professional relationships
Triage customer incidents and process credits, debits and returns with speed and accuracy
Support inventory management, from ad‑hoc stock allocation during low stock situations, to investigating 3PL discrepancies and coordinating distribution to satellite warehouses
Oversee compliant destruction processes end‑to‑end across ANZ when required
Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear communication and win-win results
Generate regular reports, such as the On Time in Full check with corrective recommendations to 3PLs
Contribute to key customer forums and support the team with additional tasks
Requirements:
Diploma (preferred) or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field
1–2 years in supply chain or customer service is desirable, with a strong interest in inventory, compliance and analytics
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, and someone who shows initiative
