Job Description:

As part of the Legal department of Allianz S.p.A, you will provide legal assistance to ensure compliance with relevant legislations across Antitrust and Corporate matters. You will work on agreements, policy development, and provide legal advice across internal functions, while engaging with external stakeholders as necessary. Work will involve IT and non-IT areas within an international and interdisciplinary environment.

Job Responsibility:

Design, negotiate and monitor the conclusion of a wide range of agreements with internal customers, vendors/suppliers and other third parties regarding IT and non-IT areas
Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s policies and procedures
Providing legal advice on the provision of services internally within the Group
Overseeing and steering external legal counsel, where applicable
Providing legal advice to the relevant internal functions and other departments on all antitrust and consumer law aspects and cooperate in rolling out the Antitrust Standard
Ensuring that legal and contractual matters are efficiently and promptly addressed

Requirements:

Master's degree in Law
3-5 years of professional experience in a law firm in the Antitrust or Corporate or Consumer Law department and/or in the Legal department of a multinational company in the financial services
Contract management
Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
Ability to work in an international global set-up and with different teams of colleagues
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics
Data Analytics
