4+ years of experience in PEGA application development (Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred)
Strong proficiency in PEGA Platform versions (e.g., 8.x)
Hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) core features

Job Responsibility

Design, build, and configure applications using PEGA's low-code/no-code capabilities, including flows, UI (sections, harnesses), activities, data models, and integrations
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them within the PEGA platform
Develop and implement reusable components, frameworks, and enterprise-specific solutions
Work closely with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to understand and refine business processes
Model and implement complex business rules, service level agreements (SLAs), and routing logic
Optimize existing processes for efficiency and automation
Integrate PEGA applications with other internal and external systems using various integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Kafka, database connectors)
Develop and consume web services, and ensure secure and efficient data exchange
