Job Responsibility

  • Translate antenna specifications into real design
  • Predict performance with simulation and verify with real-world data
  • Interface with multi-disciplinary product development team in support of design, integration and test
  • Develop antenna concepts, identify the best approach, optimize the design using simulation tools, fabricate the hardware through outsourcing, test antennas for S parameters and patterns
  • Prepare design documentation, create test plans and test reports
  • Present design concepts, antenna performance, tradeoff studies to team members, management and customers
  • Design, test and evaluation of antennas & RF systems for automotive radar systems

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or Ph.D. degree in engineering, mathematics, or other technical field
  • Computer based simulation or analysis
  • HFSS, CST (or equivalent) proficiency
  • Graduate-level coursework and/or hand-on project experience in antennas
  • Strong documentation skills
